What are Agents?

We couple the latest chatbots from OpenAI such as ChatGPT with data provided and controlled by you to create custom chatbots that we call agents.

Once you have an account we will provide you with credentials that will allow you to access our API.

Through our API you will be able to create agents, specifying their role through a simple written description. You will then be able to train your agent by supplying them with knowledge. Once you have built a solid knowledge base you can instruct your agent to learn this knowledge. After this you have a fully trained agent who will be able to answer queries and hold conversations based on and constrained to the knowledge you provided. If you wish to update the knowledge of your agent you may do so at any time by adding, updating or removing knowledge from the agent's knowledge store and then instructing the agent to learn this new knowledge. Once an agent has served their purpose you may delete them.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is bespoke and will be tailored to your personal requirements, but typically we will charge for three aspects of the agent service;

• A standing charge for each agent, charged per day for any fraction of a day that the agent is exists.
• A metered charge for each query that the agent processes.
• A metered charge to train the agent on new knowledge that will vary based on the amount of knowledge you wish to train the agent on.
